Kehl Brothers Construction, LLC. was started in 2001 by Chad
and Tim Kehl, but the roots in Utah housing go much deeper.
Both Brothers grew up in the construction industry learning
from their dad, Roger and uncle, Dale who had been
developing and building in Utah for nearly 40 years. At a
young age, they realized the value of hard work and creating
a quality product.
Many times they still meet people who are proud to say that
they are still living in their “Kehl Built Home”. Long time
members of the construction community also have a great deal
of respect for the integrity and work effort of both the
sons and past generations of builders. The boys are grateful
for this legacy and they are determined to perpetuate the
legacy for generations to come.
Building technology and methods will continue to change
throughout the years and Kehl Brothers is dedicated to
keeping on top of those changes to provide your family more
than a house, but a home, which is efficient, safe and more
comfortable. However, one thing that won’t change will be
Kehl Brothers dedication to customer satisfaction. Kehl
Brother’s realizes your new home is a huge investment for
you not only financially but emotionally as well.
While it is true that the home building process is not
entirely stress free, it is our belief that this process can
be an exciting time for you and your family. With good
communication and a quick response to any challenges that
may present themselves Kehl Brothers can create not only a
